What homeowners ask us first
Do you charge for estimates?
No. On site estimates within Broward and Miami-Dade are free and carry no obligation. We walk the space, take measurements and follow up with a written proposal.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage, and we provide our license and insurance certificates in writing with every proposal. Ask and we will send them before you sign anything.
Who pulls the permits?
We do. Permitting, engineering coordination and inspection scheduling are handled by our team as part of the contract on any project that requires them.
How soon can you start?
Most projects start two to four weeks after the contract is signed and the design selections are locked. Emergency repairs and insurance related work can often move faster.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship is warrantied, and manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are passed through to you with documentation at closeout.
